Theory 9 Trick or Streets Halloween Block Party Brings Spooky Fun to the Bronx

The community came alive this Halloween as Theory 9 hosted its annual Trick or Streets Halloween Block Party, transforming the neighborhood into a vibrant festival of community spirit and creativity. Families, youth, and local partners filled the block with costumes, candy, games, and laughter all while celebrating safety, unity, and neighborhood pride.

From scavenger hunts and costume parades to face painting, music, hip hop dancing and giveaways, the event offered something for everyone. Partners like Council Member Pierina Sanchez, CPRF Charity, Boost Mobile, CodeBX and Orisha Wholeness helped make the day unforgettable, ensuring hundreds of children enjoyed a safe, joy filled Halloween close to home.

More than just a celebration, Trick or Streets showcased Theory 9’s ongoing mission to build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities through accessible, family-friendly programming. This year’s turnout proved once again that when the community comes together the magic is real.
