Rising Kings Media Day With B&H Photo

This past week, the Rising Kings Basketball Program had the incredible opportunity to host our Media Day alongside B&H Photo, one of the most respected names in the photography and creative industry. This special day was more than just lights, cameras, and action. It was a celebration of our players, our program’s growth, and the bright future we are building together on and off the court.

Every athlete in our program had the chance to step in front of professional cameras, capturing portraits and action shots that reflect not only their talent but also their character. For many of our players, this was their first experience with a professional media day, giving them a glimpse into the world of college and professional basketball where media presence is a vital part of the game.

The energy in the room was electric. Players posed confidently, proudly representing the Theory 9 Rising Kings, while teammates cheered each other on. These moments captured more than just uniforms, they captured the spirit of family, brotherhood, and determination that defines our program.

Hosting Media Day alongside B&H Photo was a monumental step for Rising Kings. This partnership reflects the growing recognition of our program and the unique way we combine sports, media, and mentorship. The collaboration gave our players access to world-class equipment, professional photographers, and an environment that elevated their experience to the next level.

We believe in the power of exposure. Having professional content allows our student-athletes to share their stories with colleges, recruiters, and the community. It creates opportunities, builds confidence, and shows the world who these young men are becoming.

At Rising Kings, basketball is the platform, but our mission runs deeper. Media Day was a chance to show our players that they are brands, leaders, and voices of the future. By engaging with professional media, they’re learning valuable lessons in self-presentation, storytelling, and the importance of carrying themselves with excellence both on and off the court.

The photos and videos from Media Day will be featured throughout the season on our platforms, in college recruitment outreach, and during community events. But more than the visuals, the experience itself left a lasting impression on our athletes, coaches, and families.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to B&H Photo for hosting and believing in the vision of Rising Kings. This is only the beginning of how we plan to merge sports, media, and opportunity for our youth.

Stay tuned because if Media Day is any indication, the future of the Rising Kings is brighter than ever.
